Strategic Leadership Conference

The Strategic Leadership Conference is similar to a Grand Chapter in that it brings together undergraduate and alumni members from all college chapters, alumni associations and alumni chapters. It is held biennially over the first weekend of August in odd numbered years and the location of the event changes from year to year.

Together with our national leaders, Strategic Leadership Conference participants learn about national programs and develop strategies for addressing organizational challenges and opportunities. The Strategic Leadership Conference program is discussion based and allows for the participants to play an active part in the planning and development of Sigma Tau Gamma programs. Instead of simply listening to lectures, the open exchange of ideas makes the Strategic Leadership Conference an essential part of the Fraternity's progess.

Strategic Leadership Conferences are first class affairs. Held at premier cities and hotels, they involve the ritual and pageantry of our heritage, the recognition of outstanding chapters and individual leaders (both undergraduate and alumni), and formulation of our future.
